Evolve's Patented Technology
The Evolve Pure-Flow Membrane technology is based on use of a non-return valve system in conjunction with a silicone membrane which filters the returning air. The one-way valve ensures that no contaminated liquid can be reintroduced to the bottle after the drop has been dispensed.
Hence, Evolve keeps the contents fresh and sterile for up to 90 days after opening. Something conventional multi-dose eye drops have been unable to do, even with preservatives.
The bottle also has a blue tip to allow better targeting of the eye and a low squeeze force releases one drop at a time into the patient’s eye at a known and controlled volume.
